The rarest most desireable coffee bean is the Peaberry
averaging only 4% of Kona beans grown. A coffee cherry ripening on the vine is composed of two half beans with the exception
of a very few which form one single oval bean. These small oval beans, or Peaberries, are slightly smoother in taste
and lower in acidity. When brewed Peaberry produces an deliciously rich, mellow coffee that is gentle to the
stomach.
